We ship using trusted carriers for both parcel and freight shipments. Larger items may require palletized freight delivery to a commercial address or local freight terminal. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the shipment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Oversized freight may incur additional handling fees.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos. Failure to report damage within this window may void claims with the carrier.


3. Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging. Certain items, including custom-made fiberglass tops, electrical components, and special-order products, are non-returnable.

Return Process

Restocking Fees
Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to a fulfillment error or product defect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Claim Process

Limitation
