Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Lead times for made-to-order or oversized items such as fiberglass roofs may vary. Estimated build and delivery times are communicated at checkout or by email.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers for both parcel and freight shipments. Larger items may require palletized freight delivery to a commercial address or local freight terminal. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Oversized freight may incur additional handling fees.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos. Failure to report damage within this window may void claims with the carrier.

Micah is meticulous, I realized when I saw his tool chest, ridiculous organization. They installed and wired my solar panels, roof penetration, prewire Starlink, solar breaker, MMPT solar controller, DC to DC charging, shore power, wire batteries, Lynx distributors, Cerbo GX, air conditioner, MaxAir fan, ran power to my 12V and 120V electrical panels.
