Victron ASS000100000 Temperature sensor for BMV-712 Smart and BMV-702
The Victron Energy Temperature Sensor is an optional accessory designed for use with the BMV-712 Smart and BMV-702 battery monitors. This sensor measures the main battery’s temperature to improve charging accuracy, protect battery health, and support smarter system control. When connected to a compatible BMV monitor, the sensor enables temperature-compensated charging and allows users to set high and low temperature alarms for additional protection. The sensor also supports full temperature reporting on the Victron VRM portal when used with compatible GX devices, making it a valuable upgrade for any Victron-based power system requiring precise temperature monitoring.

Micah is meticulous, I realized when I saw his tool chest, ridiculous organization. They installed and wired my solar panels, roof penetration, prewire Starlink, solar breaker, MMPT solar controller, DC to DC charging, shore power, wire batteries, Lynx distributors, Cerbo GX, air conditioner, MaxAir fan, ran power to my 12V and 120V electrical panels.
High Top Vans does great work and I highly recommend them.
I called on Monday they had a opening in there schedule and the top was installed on Thursday. Micah and Lindsay are very knowledgeable and gave us much insight on continuing our build.
