Lensun flexible solar panels feature a 9-layer monolithic lamination, including dual layers of aerospace-grade composite film—the same material used in commercial aircraft windows. This advanced architecture shields solar cells from vibration, impact, and thermal stress, delivering unmatched durability in off-road, overland, and harsh outdoor environments.

4. Premium EFTE Film: This film offers superior light transmittance and is heat, corrosion, and UV resistant. It also has self-cleaning abilities, ensuring optimal performance day after day.
5. Shade Tolerant: Twin array design allows continued performance even with shading by trees or debris.
6. Ultra-thin: At only 3mm/0.12 thick, our solar panel is powerful, waterproof, lightweight, durable, and highly resistant to the harsh operating conditions of a marine environment.
7. Lightweight: Weighs just ~30% of a glass-panel equivalent—ideal for maximizing power without hurting fuel economy or raising your vehicle's center of gravity.
8. Installation: Easy installation using VHB double side tape (sold separately ) or automotive-grade structural adhesives such as Sikaflex 552, Sika 554, or Fix8...etc.
9. Fitting: 16ft/5m cable to connect two solar panels. Optional plug-and-play 40A waterproof MPPT controller—pre-wired with fuses and connectors, featuring smart protection (reverse polarity, overcharge) and compatibility with sealed, AGM, Gel, and lithium batteries.

Micah is meticulous, I realized when I saw his tool chest, ridiculous organization. They installed and wired my solar panels, roof penetration, prewire Starlink, solar breaker, MMPT solar controller, DC to DC charging, shore power, wire batteries, Lynx distributors, Cerbo GX, air conditioner, MaxAir fan, ran power to my 12V and 120V electrical panels.
