This Starlink Roof Pass-Through Kit gives you everything needed for a clean, weatherproof, and properly supported Starlink cable run through your van roof, ceiling, or cabinetry. It pairs the Scanstrut DS-HD10 weatherproof cable seal with a purpose-built ADR Concepts backing plate for a rock-solid mount, plus a 15 ft. Starlink power cable sized for a typical roof-to-interior run.

Routing a Starlink cable through a van roof or ceiling usually means choosing between a rushed, sealant-heavy install or a proper pass-through setup. This kit is built for the latter. The Scanstrut DS-HD10 creates a 100% watertight seal at the roof entry point and its larger 6–10mm cable capacity gives you room to work with thicker cable runs or bundled wiring, while the ADR Concepts backing plate solves the biggest weak point of that installation: mounting into thin, uneven, or finished interior surfaces.

Instead of driving self-tapping screws directly into your ceiling material, the backing plate bonds to the interior side of the surface. The Scanstrut seal then fastens into the plate's pressed-in lock nuts using its included bolts, so you get a mount that's both stronger and easier to install correctly the first time. The 15 ft. power cable is included so the whole run — roof entry to interior connection — is covered in one kit.

Note: Starlink cables use a proprietary connector. Depending on your Starlink kit generation, the connector end may need to be removed or the cable spliced to pass through the seal — plan your routing accordingly before cutting any holes.

How It Works

1. Bond the ADR Concepts backing plate to the interior side of your roof, panel, or cabinetry at the planned cable entry point.
2. Drill the entry hole through to the exterior and route your Starlink cable through the Scanstrut DS-HD10 seal.
3. Fasten the DS-HD10 into the backing plate's pressed-in lock nuts using the included bolts for a secure, watertight mount.
4. Run the 15 ft. power cable to your router, power panel, or battery bank to complete the connection.
